Mission
Having lived in South Africa in many different places, we’ve come to realize there’s only one word to describe the spaces in our country – potential.
Our mission is to take broken, empty houses, and refurbish them into living spaces for young professionals looking to start their lives in an elegant, comfortable home. It’s called urban renewal; taking those older, forgotten spaces and creating the ideal place for inner-city living that makes life a little easier – with a price tag that you can afford. We’re about property in South Africa for the people.

With every renovation, our goal is to dig through the debris to seek out the tucked-away personality of each space, and create a new home around it.
We can only grow if we grow together. We’re starting by growing a home in the middle of the hustle, and from there, we’re here for you. We want to join you on your journey toward that feeling of home, and see you and your loved ones flourish.
